You will encounter exercises like the Tuck up, Split Squat or Burpee. Each exercise is trained for 1 minute. Between the exercises, you have a 15-second break. When you have trained all exercises once, there is a 1-minute break and a total of 3 rounds are trained. Have fun!

Here you will find a selection of home workouts that you can do without additional equipment. Each workout contains a daily plan in which the course of the workout is explained. In addition, I will show you each exercise in a video and explain it to you. If an exercise seems too hard or even too easy, you will find a slightly weakened and a more difficult variation.
